  • Security: Files uploaded via JotForm are encrypted and stored securely. However, you are responsible for ensuring no sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security Numbers, full banking details) is included unless explicitly requested.

  • Retention: We retain uploaded files only as long as necessary for our services. You may request deletion per our Privacy Policy.

  • Prohibited Content: Do not upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.
